Doily Christmas Tree

Well my friends if you liked the paper doily turkeys, you will love this!

It is a Christmas tree made from paper doilies.
I used Adirondack Color Wash in Meadow for the tree and in Red Pepper for the tree skirt.

After I made the video, it occurred to me to put the tree on a battery operated tea light.

O Christmas Tree

 I have a Christmas tree card to share today. I used green cardstock and gold glitter embossing powder. I have embossing glitter on EVERYTHING in the room including me. LOL It was worth it though.:)

I used a Christmas tree silhouette cut file that I made.  The shadow layer is embossed and the top layer is popped up with dots. You can download the tree here.

Tropical beach hut using Graphic 45 papers

Well friends this is the last of my Graphic 45 projects that I shared earlier. This one was so much fun. The papers really added so much to my earlier design.

Check out the lizard on top. Love him!

I do need to add a little splash of color to the island area.. I just have not made up my mind on what I will add.

Christmas card 2010

Wow, have you ever had a good idea for a craft project and then when it came time to actually do it you realized it was a lot more work than you thought? That is what happened to me this year with my Christmas cards. I have now embossed and glittered more than I thought I could. But of course once I made the first card and decided I liked it, I had to go ahead and make them. :) I think these cards are worth it, although I may rest a week or so before I start another craft project.-ha

I wrote Merry Christmas with a Cri-kit metallic pen.
